Hello We bought the Ecovacs Winbot W2 on 13 March 2025. I have the Winbot plugged in all day today and all 5 lights light up blue. I can't clean the windows because it always says: stadium charging - fully charge before use. What do I have to do? It is not working.

Something is wrong. I always plug the Winbot in a little before I start cleaning (the battery is usually discharged because the Winbot is not used for a long time). After a coffee break, the battery is sufficiently charged and you can start your employees.

This is normal. This is because the wind boat must be disconnected from the power supply for cleaning. You must not clean it while it is plugged in. This will damage the battery and the Winbot will issue a warning
