The scope of delivery includes both the indoor and the outdoor unit. The copper line incl. quick-release fastener is also included. Oil, refrigerant or other things do not need to be refilled. Refrigerant should only be refilled by a specialist anyway.
The unit is basically ready to run as it is delivered. Only a wall bracket (for the outdoor unit) or line extension may make sense.
The hose is definitely not soft like a water hose, but it can be bent and turned. The whole thing is a little stubborn, but with a little practice it's no problem. The hose hasn't shown any wear yet, but I'm not worried because it can easily be replaced, for example, for an extension.
No, you can't do it directly. A bracket for screwing the unit to the outside wall is included. Maybe you can make something out of it. Attention: If a device changes the outer shell of a building, you need a building permit or at least the consent of the house owner in many communities.
I don't think so, because when it is unplugged and plugged in again it doesn't switch on, but it can be coupled with Tado (= bluetooth connection which in turn goes via lan/wlan and can be controlled remotely via app).
I can confirm this, but it is hardly noticeable in my use case. I hardly notice it when operating the device and looking at the status. However, I do see that the connection drops regularly.

It seems the 40m2 version is the older 2020 model without WiFi. I strongly assume the 40m2 is wrong since as you noticed the specs are the same. Those 13500 BTU/h are for sure enough for 70m2 since this is an efficient split device. The new model also has a much more modern looking remote. I would recommend to order the new model with WiFi.
