Question about Argo Ulisse 13 DCI Eco
Is it possible to separate the inner and outer parts again in order to store the unit in the cellar in winter or in case of a move? What do I need to bear in mind?

You can disconnect it but I would recommend not to do it often because of the refrigerants.

Yes, that works without any problems. However, I leave the indoor unit in place all year round, just take the outdoor part in each time, do not disconnect the connections.
When disconnecting the quick couplings, some refrigerant is lost.
According to the manufacturer, the couplings are designed for 7 disconnections (or enough reserve for 7 disconnections) to store the system out of season.
