no, you can't. i had the entire device replaced during the warranty period.
No, the plug on this device is not Swiss. However, it does come with a mini adapter that you simply clip onto the European size plug. This is what the mini adapter looks like: Max Hauri Socket Adapter (Type E+F (CEE 7/7))
It comes with two pin plug.
Response from the responsible department: It corresponds to the Anova pro.
Setting with the app is possible. but cooling is not possible. It is an immersion heater.
The diameter of the lid is 29 cm and is therefore suitable for pots with this diameter.
Hi, there's a video with all the details on Youtube: https://youtu.be/w54R7RI3BTw I like the device: Fast heat up Good app to control it Thumbs up!
Theretically, you can heat up any liquid with it, but it has a heating coil and a motor that stirs the water. I can't tell you what the long-term effects on hygiene are, but the device is intended for something else, namely for heating up a water basin for a long time. If you want to use it to heat up soups or keep them warm, you would probably just have to put the soup in another container in the water basin so that it takes longer to heat up but you don't have a problem keeping it warm.
