Question about Anova Precision Cooker 2.0 AN500-EU00

Can the temperature of this appliance be changed via the app during a cooking process? My use would be to put the food in the container in the morning, set the stick to 5 degrees to cool the meat and increase the temperature at lunchtime so that I have my meat ready in the evening as I am not at home at lunchtime and therefore cannot operate the appliance on site.
