Round, non-stick cake and patisserie mould with a solid base for making patisserie or other sweet or savoury recipes, such as tiramisu, cheesecake, chocolate cake, strawberries, bavarois, rainbow cake, and pavlova. Made of coated steel with a thickness of 0.6 mm, featuring a non-stick coating and Skandia by Whitford coating for even and optimal cooking. The mould allows for easy release when coated with butter or oil and offers very good resistance to scratches and stains. It is heat resistant up to 230°C in the oven and is easy to clean; hand wash with detergent and avoid using sharp objects. Made in Europe.
