With the cake divider from my basics, cakes can cool down faster and be divided into 16 equal pieces. The struts serve both for air circulation and as cutting guides. The cake divider features large holes where you can add dollops of cream to decorate your cake. By applying light pressure on the template, cutting lines are formed that need to be trimmed with a knife. Two handles make it easier to handle the cake divider.
