Moccamaster Optio

The Moccamaster Optio Gold is a perfect addition to your kitchen. This coffee maker is handmade in the Netherlands and brews hot, flavoured coffee. It makes delicious coffee regardless of the quantity, making it an optimal choice even if you don't want to brew a whole pot. The extraction time of the Optio brewer depends on the amount of coffee selected, resulting in perfectly flavoured coffee every time. The Optio coffee machine has a special function that allows you to choose whether you want to brew a whole or half pot of coffee. All you have to do is add water and coffee powder, select the filter quantity as a whole or half pot and the coffee machine will take care of the rest.

The excellence of the brewer lies in its two separate heating elements. One element prepares the coffee at the optimum brewing temperature of 92-96°C, while the other keeps the coffee at the optimum 80-85°C until you are ready to enjoy it. In addition to the heating element, the Moccamaster Optio has an automatic drip stop, which stops coffee dripping from the filter funnel when you remove the glass carafe from the coffee maker. This ensures a clean and tidy coffee preparation process. The coffee maker also includes a descaling indicator light. When the light comes on, you know it's time to clean the coffee maker with descaling solution.
