The MaraX3 is the first to showcase this innovation – equipped with Pagaia Flow Control, a feature typically found only in much higher price ranges. The advantage: maximum control, more expression in flavor, and espresso at a professional level. The Mara impresses with its technology in terms of temperature stability in a dual boiler system. The specially controlled dual boiler system allows for espresso extraction at perfect temperature like a single boiler, while steam is readily available.
