Due to the slightly curved blade, it is ideal for chopping herbs. The elegant stainless steel handle with its seamless design meets the highest hygiene standards. The blade is made of 64 layers of particularly corrosion-resistant Damascus steel, which protects a core of V-Gold-10 steel. Its extreme hardness (61±2 HRC) ensures that, with proper care, the blade remains sharp for a long time.
