Product details

The versatility of this knife is reflected in its name. It is perfect for fish and meat, but also suitable for cutting vegetables, and due to the slightly curved edge, it is ideal for chopping herbs. The beautiful wooden handle is made from Italian olive wood, giving each knife a unique grain. The blade consists of 64 layers of particularly corrosion-resistant Damascus steel, which protects a core of V-Gold-10 steel. Its extreme hardness (61±2 HRC) ensures that, with proper care, the blade remains sharp over time.
