The high-quality 3-ply multi-layer material is characterized by excellent heat conductivity and retention, as well as even heat distribution. It is time- and energy-saving, making it suitable for all types of stoves. The term 3-ply comes from English and refers to "3 layers," which the cookware consists of throughout. Inside, there is stainless steel (18/10), and outside, there is chrome steel (18/0) with magnetic properties - ensuring optimal cooking results on induction stoves. In between, there is an aluminum layer that allows for rapid heat conduction. The 3-ply products enable low-fat cooking and frying, as well as gentle cooking with little water.
