The high-quality 3-ply multi-layer material is characterized by excellent heat conductivity and retention, as well as even heat distribution. It is time- and energy-saving and suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. The term 3-ply comes from English and refers to three layers: 1. Inner: Stainless steel 18/10, the ideal food-safe surface 2. Middle: The continuous aluminum core ensures perfect heat conduction from the bottom to the edge. Our 3-ply products enable low-fat cooking and frying, as well as gentle cooking with minimal water.
