The Colori+ collection is highly efficient and beautifully colorful. In 2014, the Kuhn Rikon Colori+ knife line was launched as an evolution of the Colori 1 knives. The slip-resistant handle, developed in Switzerland, provides maximum safety and comfort. The blades of the Colori+ knives are heated in a furnace at over 1000 °C. This process not only makes the steel harder but also flexible and corrosion-resistant. Afterward, the blade is polished and hand-ground on both sides. Each individual knife receives its final sharpening from a specialized blade sharpener, a highly skilled craftsman who has mastered the art of blade sharpening over many years.
