With the Nudelmaschine 150 Pastacasa from Küchenprofi, you can make three types of pasta yourself. The device is ideally suited for anyone trying homemade pasta for the first time, thanks to its excellent price-performance ratio. The manual pasta machine is made of stainless steel and is solidly constructed, standing securely on the countertop with its rubberized feet. The easy-to-handle crank is quickly assembled and operates smoothly. With the sharp cutting rollers, you can shape your pasta as desired – the thickness can be conveniently adjusted on a scale from 1 to 7 using the side knob. Now all you need is the pasta dough. Authentic Italian chefs swear by a very simple recipe: for every 100 g of flour (either 50 g of all-purpose flour and 50 g of semolina or commercially available pasta flour), use one medium-sized egg. Good things can be so simple!
