This digital kitchen scale can accurately weigh both wet and dry ingredients. The scale has a maximum capacity of 5 kg (1 g accuracy) and 5 liters (1 ml accuracy). It features a dial to select the desired unit and measurement type. Additionally, the scale offers a convenient tare function that allows you to subtract the weight of a container to measure only the weight of the contents. The kitchen scale is made of durable glass and is stain and odor resistant. The scale requires three AAA batteries, which are not included.
