With this bread baking bowl, you can easily prepare bread dough with up to 525 g of flour (resulting in a loaf weighing approximately 450 to 680 g). Flour and sticky dough crumbs can be easily removed from the sides of the bowl.

The bread baking bowl with baking lid ensures artisanal bread quality at home. Directly from the stand mixer to the oven: mix, knead, proof, and bake all in one device. The lid traps steam during baking, creating an environment similar to that of a traditional steam oven. The durable design is temperature-resistant and features an internal proofing guide. It provides a seamless combination with KitchenAid stand mixers.

The sturdy ceramic bowl has a capacity of 4.7 liters for perfectly sized loaves. It is suitable for KitchenAid stand mixers with a tilting motor head (compatible with 4.3 L and 4.8 L mixers). The bread bowl fits into the 4.3 L or 4.8 L stand mixer just like any other mixing bowl. Mixing and kneading the ingredients is done with the dough hook, and the dough can easily rise in the bowl. Helper markings inside indicate how much the bread has risen. The particularly durable ceramic bowl is oven-safe up to 260 °C.
