The special Oil Control System features a surface structure with micro-depressions combined with a robust non-stick coating. This allows you to achieve both crispy and soft cooking results. You can also fry with very little fat, and cleaning is a breeze. Healthy eating with full flavor.

The pan's base is fully covered and made of stainless steel. This allows the pan to heat up particularly quickly. You save time, protect the environment, and save money. Of course, Stella Nova is also induction-compatible.

With its ergonomically shaped handle made of soft-touch Bakelite, the pan feels good in your hand. This is comfortable and also enhances safety.
