The special Oil Control System features a surface structure with micro-depressions combined with a robust non-stick coating. This allows you to achieve both crispy and soft cooking results. You can also cook with very little fat, and cleaning is a breeze. Healthy eating with full flavor.

The base of the pan is fully covered and made of stainless steel. This allows the pan to heat up particularly quickly. You save time, protect the environment, and save money. Of course, Stella Nova is also induction-compatible.

The ergonomically shaped handle made of soft-touch Bakelite provides a comfortable grip. This is pleasant and simultaneously enhances safety.
