Kai Shun knife set

The Kai Shun knife, created by the renowned KAI/Palatina workshop, combines traditional craftsmanship with modern design in a unique kitchen tool. Its 18 cm long blade is made from corrosion-resistant 32-layer damask steel, which surrounds a core of particularly hard VG Max steel. This combination ensures lasting sharpness and durability, making the knife ideal for fish, meat, and vegetables. The hand-forged hammered finish gives the blade a surface that prevents wet ingredients from sticking easily, while its lightweight design allows for fatigue-free use. The slender walnut handle, with its symmetrical shape, offers comfort for both left- and right-handed users. A full tang ensures stability and balance. The set is completed with a high-quality cutting board made of solid oak, measuring 40 x 25 cm, which handles every cutting task and protects the blade.
