Pasta attachment for the production of Capelli d'Angelo (0.8 mm). Capelli d'Angelo are an extremely thin form of pasta from the Italian kitchen, usually 0.78 millimeters in diameter, similar to spaghetti. They are made of durum wheat semolina and, despite their small thickness, are boil-proof and have a cooking time of three minutes, making them one of the fastest types of pasta to cook. They are mostly used as a filler in broth or in combination with very light sauces. Suitable for the Imperia pasta machine.
