Giesser Basic Black Santokumesser

The Santoku knife in silver-black from the Basic Black series by Giesser features an 18 cm long blade made of chrome-molybdenum steel (X55CrMo14). With its Japanese blade, which effortlessly cuts through meat, fish, and fruit, the Santoku knife is a multifunctional kitchen tool. The blade, treated with a vacuum hardening process, has a hardness of 56 to 57 HRC, providing a good balance of durability and sharpness. Additionally, the hollow edge reduces the sticking of food items. The ergonomic handle made of black thermoplastic elastomer ensures a secure grip and fatigue-free use.
