The Giesser Santoku knife in silver-black from the Basic Black series features an 18 cm long blade made of chrome-molybdenum steel, hardened to 56-57 HRC using a vacuum hardening process, which optimizes cutting retention and sharpening behavior. Its non-slip TPE handle in black ensures comfortable and fatigue-free use. Additionally, the knife is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended.
