Thanks to the extra-long blade of the Olive butcher's knife from Forged, large pieces of meat can be prepared and portioned with ease. The rounded tip of the blade is a characteristic feature of the knife. With this butcher's knife, you can cut beautiful, straight slices of meat in a single operation. The olive knives from Forged are made from Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are forged by hand, have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. The knives are packed in a luxurious wooden box.
