Forged Butcher's knife

Thanks to the extra-long blade of the VG10 butcher knife from Forged, large pieces of meat can be prepared and portioned with ease. The upwardly rounded tip of the blade is characteristic of this knife. With this butcher knife, you can cut beautiful, straight slices of meat in one go. Unlike most series from Forged, the VG10 knives are made from Japanese VG10 steel with a hardness of 60 Rockwell. All VG10 knives from Forged are hand-forged in 5 layers and feature a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. The knives are packaged in a luxurious wooden box and come with a 10-year warranty.
