The F. DICK ActiveCut knife block is made of acrylic glass and features a built-in magnetic holder that securely holds the knife blades in place. The ActiveCut series includes a chef's knife (blade length 21 cm), a Santoku knife with hollow edge (blade length 18 cm), a bread knife (blade length 21 cm), and a paring knife (blade length 9 cm). The blades, made from X30Cr13 steel, provide optimal edge retention of 54° HRC.
