The knife set consists of a chef's knife (21 cm), a Santoku knife with hollow edge (18 cm), a bread knife (21 cm), and a utility knife (9 cm). The blades are made of rust and acid-resistant blade steel and have a hardness of 56° Rockwell (HRC), which provides both high edge retention and ease of sharpening. The handles are made of polyoxymethylene and can withstand temperatures up to 110 °C. The knives can be neatly and conveniently stored in the included acrylic knife block. It is lightweight, features a stable magnetic holder, and can be disassembled for easy cleaning.
