65 mm all-purpose burrs: Specially developed burrs with no holes in the upper burr minimise dead space and ensure a consistent grind for every brewing method. The Eureka Mignon Libra with its precise scale is revolutionary. It grinds exactly the same amount of coffee every time, ensuring absolute consistency in coffee preparation.

The grinder features stepless grind size adjustment. The latest trend: weight-based grinding rather than time-based. The portafilter holder is designed so that you place the portafilter into the fork. The portafilter is automatically weighed and the grinder tares itself. You programme the desired weight in grammes on the LCD display. The grinder then grinds the required amount of coffee automatically, with a tolerance of ± 0.1 grammes.
