The integrated conical grinder made of hardened steel can be adjusted to 11 grind settings. Two sensors (RPM sensor and grind setting sensor) ensure a constant and even dosing of the freshly ground coffee powder. The typical barista gesture of tamping, which is the compression of the coffee grounds, is made easy with the Smart Tamping Station. By pulling the side lever to the stop, the coffee grounds are tamped evenly with exactly 20 kg of pressure.
Two independent thermoblock heating systems with temperature control guarantee the highest thermal stability for coffee preparation. Espresso, coffee, and Americano (extra hot water nozzle for extending the espresso) can be prepared at the push of a button. The professional milk frothing nozzle prepares hot milk or creamy milk foam in no time - the desired setting can be selected via the variable control on the nozzle. Large glasses (up to 12 cm) for milk beverages fit on the flexible cup tray.
