Cooking pot with lid, ideal for boiling, simmering, and preparing larger volumes. The Prima Matera cookware is made of 90% copper and 10% AISI 304 stainless steel:

  • Exterior 90% copper: excellent thermal conductivity for perfect control of the cooking process; ideal heat circulation throughout the container for cooking results with unique flavor.
  • Interior 10% stainless steel: ideal food compatibility and easy maintenance. The small percentage of stainless steel does not affect the properties of the copper.

Two riveted cast iron handles ensure ergonomic handling. New feature: special base for induction. Care for the copper with a polishing paste. Care for the stainless steel: hand wash. Suitable for all types of stoves, including induction.
