PRIMA MATERA cookware is made of 90% copper and 10% AISI 304 stainless steel:

  • 90% copper on the outside: excellent heat conductivity for perfect control of the cooking process; ideal heat circulation throughout the container, for cooking results with unique flavour. 10% stainless steel inside: ideal for use with food; easy to clean. The low stainless steel content does not affect the properties of the copper. 2 riveted cast iron handles for ergonomic handling. New: special base for induction. Care of the copper with a polishing paste. Stainless steel care: hand cleaning. For all hob types, including induction.
