Pan with a rounded edge for flipping omelets and easily sliding onto the serving plate. The Mineral B series is made of iron steel and features a beeswax coating that protects against oxidation and facilitates seasoning. Enhanced non-stick effect from the first use. The stable thick walls ensure excellent caramelization of the food. The natural non-stick property develops through gradual seasoning. The riveted handle made of cast stainless steel stays cool and is ergonomically shaped.
