Product details

Special frying pan with round-shaped walls for flipping omelets and allowing them to slide easily onto the plate. The Mineral B cookware is made of white steel sheet coated with beeswax, providing temporary protection against oxidation and facilitating seasoning. The non-stick effect improves with the first use. The stable thick walls ensure excellent caramelization of the food.

The natural non-stick effect develops through gradual seasoning. The riveted, à la française curved handle allows for easy and ergonomic handling. Tip: Preheat with a little fat and season before the first use.

Care instructions: Deglaze with water, rinse with warm water, dry, and lightly oil. Store in a dry place. Do not use cleaners and do not wash in the dishwasher. Suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction.
