The "Mandoline Swing" fruit and vegetable slicer features a horizontal double blade with a smooth side and a wavy side, allowing for horizontal cuts into slices or rings. Choose your desired cut - straight or wavy - by positioning the corresponding side towards the back of the Mandoline Swing (towards the handle). The blade can be safely inserted from the left side of the fruit and vegetable slicer. A double rail serves as a guide.
