Thanks to the low rim of the pan, the crepes can be turned easily. It is suitable for high-performance plates. The thick steel plate ensures a rapid rise in temperature and even heat distribution. Reaching high temperatures enables the Maillard reaction and caramelisation of juices. The pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction. Tip: Preheat with a little fat. Do not use detergents. Hand washing recommended.
