Product details

Thanks to the low rim of the pan, the crepes can be easily flipped. It is suitable for high-performance cooktops. The thick steel plate ensures a rapid increase in temperature as well as even heat distribution. Achieving high temperatures allows for the Maillard reaction and caramelization of juices. The pan is compatible with all types of stoves, including induction. Tip: Preheat with a little fat. Do not use cleaning agents. Hand washing is recommended.
