Double the hops and a solid malt base create a robust aroma: light fragrant notes of green apple, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, and mango. Thick, bitter, and malty. It flows slowly into the glass, thanks to the generous amount of hop oil. The stronger the companion, the better. Pickled and smoked meats, plenty of spices, spicy curries. Also gladly fatty. It's an escalation, indeed.
