The core is made of hand-cast aluminum, which has the highest possible thermal conductivity. The 7 mm thick bases remain flat due to the stress-free casting. They have a low overall weight and excellent cooking properties. Suitable for electric, gas, and ceramic cooktops. A plasma layer of titanium-aluminum oxide is melted onto the aluminum casting both inside and out. This ensures a high non-stick effect and good scratch resistance.
