Pyrex glass lid compatible with the Titan-Alu series, partially shatterproof, knob made of thermoplastic, oven-safe up to +250°C. The Titan-Alu pans are the result of high-quality craftsmanship. The core is made of hand-cast aluminum, which offers the highest possible thermal conductivity. The 7 mm thick bases remain flat due to the stress-free casting process. They have a low overall weight and excellent cooking properties. Suitable for electric, gas, and ceramic cooktops. A plasma layer of titanium-aluminum oxide is melted onto the aluminum casting for both the interior and exterior surfaces. This ensures a high non-stick effect and good scratch resistance. They are easy to use and clean, and also suitable for unrestricted use in the oven.
