Bitz Bernis

Bitz dinnerware series. Christian Bitz is a popular nutritionist, author, and food guru in his home country of Denmark. Under his guidance, this versatile and beautifully designed stoneware dinnerware was created. It embodies the philosophy of slow enjoyment and aims to make dining a holistic experience through a multisensory approach. The original stoneware material contributes to this, as does the design, which is appealing to both the eyes and the fingers. Irregularities in the glaze are intentionally included to support the unique character of each piece and to enhance the focus on the food being served. This is further emphasized by the contrasting colors inside and out. The dinnerware series is sturdy and suitable for everyday use, made through a special firing process that ensures the mugs, bowls, and plates are dishwasher-safe, frost-resistant, and oven-safe up to 220 °C. The Bitz mugs feature a practical handle, making them ideal for tea and coffee.
