Bitz Dinnerware Series. Christian Bitz is a popular nutritionist, author, and food guru in his native Denmark. Under his guidance, this versatile and exceptionally beautiful stoneware dinnerware has been created. It embodies the philosophy of slow enjoyment and aims to make eating a holistic experience through multisensory engagement. The original material, stoneware, contributes to this, as does its design, which flatters both the eyes and fingers. Irregularities in the glaze are intentionally welcomed – they not only enhance the unique character but also increase focus on the served food. The latter is emphasized by the contrasting colors of the inner and outer surfaces. The dinnerware series is absolutely practical for everyday use and robust, thanks to a special firing process during production.
