Moka Exclusive has been crafted with meticulous attention to every detail. Vintage-inspired finishes for a new Made in Italy icon. High-gloss colours, a silicone seal and an internal protective boiler lining. The diamond-shaped knob and handle are reminiscent of the Moka pots of the 1960s, with a modern and elegant twist.

1. Start by pouring room-temperature water into the coffee maker’s boiler and fill it up to the safety valve level. Do not exceed this level, otherwise the coffee may be too watery.

2. Now choose your preferred blend of ground coffee. Please note: the blend must be ground specifically for a Moka pot, not too finely. Fill the coffee maker’s funnel generously, without pressing down on the coffee.

3. A little secret? Set the heat to low and take your time; it’s worth waiting a few minutes longer to enjoy an excellent coffee. Once the coffee has risen completely into the collector, turn off the heat.

4. Now comes the crucial moment: the taste. To enjoy all the flavours to the full, we recommend drinking the coffee immediately after pouring it into the cup.
