Bezzera Unica PID & Graef CM800 Set

The Bezzera Unica PID is a single boiler machine from Bezzera featuring an E61 brew group and electronic PID temperature control. The PID module allows for individual regulation of the brew temperature and steam temperature. The coffee brew temperature can be set between 80 °C and 100 °C, while the steam temperature can be adjusted between 105 °C and 120 °C. Due to its single boiler design, it is not possible to use steam for frothing milk simultaneously with espresso extraction. The switching time between steam and extraction mode is approximately 2 minutes in practice. Therefore, the Bezzera Unica PID is primarily aimed at ambitious espresso enthusiasts.
