The BZ10 model can be set up anywhere, regardless of the water connection. Thanks to the boiler with a heat exchanger and the practical heating system of the brew group, cappuccinos and tea can be prepared in small quantities. The brew group is heated by two heating elements controlled by a thermostat to maintain a constant temperature. The BZ10 is powered by a vibration pump and brew groups with electric valves. The brew group is controlled via a toggle switch.
The Eureka Silent Perfetto allows you to set and recall two quantities (portion sizes via a timer) through the display. It also retains the function to manually grind a quantity by eye. By pressing both portion buttons simultaneously, you switch to manual mode. Since the Perfetto is designed for grinding both espresso and filter coffee, there is an optional collection container available for larger portion sizes in addition to the classic portafilter holder (fork). Upon closer inspection, the slightly larger grind size selector stands out. Behind the Easy Setting System lies a mechanism that allows for quick switching between different grind sizes (filter, espresso, fresh press, etc.) through a sophisticated translation. The Perfetto produces 1.2 to 1.6 grams of espresso and 1.7 to 2.3 grams of filter coffee grounds per second.
