With a volume of 12 litres, the Balter HL-1200-BL hot air fryer offers enough space for a variety of dishes, from whole chickens on skewers to gently dried fruit. It is operated via an LED touchscreen with touch-sensitive buttons that allow the temperature and cooking time to be set quickly. A total of 10 pre-programmed settings are available to the user, allowing favourite dishes to be prepared effortlessly and quickly. The appliance comes with a comprehensive set of accessories, including a rotating spit and a 360° basket, which ensure even browning and results during preparation. The hot air function ensures cooking with little to no oil, which not only reduces fat but also preserves the valuable vitamins and nutrients in the food.
