The result of extensive research into coffee preparation methods, Mazagran is a tool designed for the so-called "Cold Brew" coffee; a process that avoids the oxidation of coffee without the use of hot water, resulting in a drink with an intense, full-bodied flavor. Developed for perfect coffee extraction, it is ideal for enjoying a refreshing and energizing beverage. Cold Brew is a coffee preparation method that uses a cold extraction process and requires a longer time (7/8 hours), but the result is of the highest quality. Designer: Giulio Iacchet Ti.
