Does anyone have a tip for a good freezer/chest for on the balcony? Could rain on it depending on the weather but generally sheltered.

I'm looking for a fridge with a large freezer compartment (it should have 3 drawers) that I can leave outside all year round. The problem with our old fridge is that the freezer compartment stops freezing at around 5°C. This means that the freezing stops in winter and the food thaws. This means that the freezing stops in winter and the food in the freezer compartment thaws during the day. As soon as it gets warmer, the freezer compartment works normally again. Since the planned food centre does not have space in the kitchen, we are looking for a freezer with integrated ice twister (cube and crushed ice) for the cellar, possibly with a water connection. Which supplier in Switzerland has these?
