Who will pay for the assembly and disassembly of the product (approx. 1.5 hours)? If I send it back and buy a SureFlap from Vet?

I have looked at the assembly instructions. There is no mention of assembly and disassembly in the scope of delivery. Just as there is no mention of the hole (wherever you want it). Besides, I can't imagine that for the total price of CHF 165 someone will come to your home and mount or dismount the part for you. I rather think that you want to get rid of some trouble here - for whatever reason. Consequently, it is part of your own work to assemble or disassemble such a part.
