Question about PetSafe Petporte Smart Flap
Our cat flap no longer closes and so the neighbour's cats come in. Why does it no longer lock? New battery is already in and the power is on.... the little green latch doesn't come up any more...
We've also had this happen a few times, when our cat goes through like a fury, the latch unhooks.
Unscrew the inner flap, then replace the green mechanism.
It's a bit fiddly, but it can be done. Don't overlook the spring.
