Question about PetSafe Petporte Smart Flap

After the move, the cat flap no longer worked, i.e. it took us a very long time to scan the two cats, and with one cat, the recognition never worked properly. Our vet thinks that in some places other electronic devices or wireless (?) interfere with the reception. Anyway, we gave up after a few months and bought another cat flap (SureFlap). We have absolutely no problems with it, and it is much easier to programme, but only battery operated.
